Manuscript Preparation
The manuscript submission deadline for the ICSCRM 2024 Technical Proceedings has been extended to September 20, 2024.
An email will be sent soon to the corresponding authors of all accepted abstracts containing individual login credentials for uploading the manuscript for publication in proceedings of Silicon Carbide and Related Materials 2024 by our publications partner Trans Tech Publications. All manuscripts will undergo blind technical peer-review and can be edited via the online Trans Tech (scientific.net) system under the supervision of ICSCRM 2024 Proceedings Editor Dr. Arash Salemi.
When preparing your manuscript, please be sure to follow the attached template instructions.
Manuscript Template
Manuscripts have to be prepared camera ready with 4 pages or more (minimum 4 pages, upper page limit is 8) for contributed, and 6 pages or more (minimum 6 pages, upper page limit is 10) for invited papers. The content of the manuscript must be based on the abstract and conference presentation. The manuscript template can be found below. Please provide keywords. Do not use PACS numbers or general keywords such as “silicon carbide” or “gallium nitride”. Keywords are used to prepare the index.
