The time slot for oral presentation is 20 minutes (15min + 5min Q&A). For invited speakers it is 30 min (25min+ 5min Q&A).

For the Industrial Session the time slot is 5 minutes.

The deadline for upload is Friday, Sept. 20, 2024. Acceptable presentation file formats are PDF and PowerPoint (.pptx, .ppt), in 16:9 ratio. 

The presentation file name should be as follows: 

SessionNumber_FirstAuthorName_Surname_PaperId.pptx.

The uploaded presentation files will only be used for video projection during the scheduled presentation date/time and will be deleted after completion of the conference.

Poster size should not exceed width: 36 inches x height: 84 inches. Presenter photo is recommended but not required. Please locate your poster area and set up your poster before the session (i.e. during lunch break or coffee break). Poster easels, boards, and fastening hardware (e.g., pushpins) will be provided.

Invited posters should stay up for display during the entire conference. Their authors are kindly requested to place them on Monday before the first poster session.
