The abstract submission process for 21st International Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials (ICSCRM 2024) is open!
ICSCRM is an annual scientific event that discusses recent advances in the field of Silicon Carbide (SiC) and related materials for development of electronic devices and applications. It will be held at the Raleigh Convention Center in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA.
The conference also serves as an international forum for the exchange of ideas on recent scientific and technical issues among researchers and engineers in the industrial, academic, and public sectors.
Two page abstracts (one page of text and a second page of supporting figures/tables/data) are invited in the following SiC technical track areas:

There will also be an "Industrial Session'' for companies to present their latest products and services to all conference attendees. The ICSCRM 2024 Industrial Session will be held on Monday, September 30th from 6PM to 8:30PM and will consist of 5 minute industry presentations. Appetizers and refreshments will be served. Only registered exhibitors or attendees can present. The cost to present is $1,000 charged as an add-on at registration. Attending the session is free.
Further information will be provided, upon completion of registration, to those that added the "Industrial Session".
